Chris and Stephanie {Weddings}, part 2

Well, it has been a long time since I have posted a blog. Life has been crazy!! I know I am not alone, everyone seems to be super busy.

Here is part 2 of Chris and Stephanie's wedding. It case I didn't say it before, this was my first wedding that I was not second shooting. So it was super intimidating and challenging, but I had great time and learned a lot. Billy Blakey was very kindly my second shooter and it was really really great to have him there to help me.

Chris and Stephanie {Weddings}, part 1

This past Sunday, Chris and Stephanie were married at Eagle Glenn Golf Club. I was impacted the whole day by their kindess and concern for everyone around them, and it was evident listening to the toast and others talking that day that who they are has had a great effect on their friends and family.

Thank you both for letting me be a part of your beautiful day. I hope the next three months fly, and that your visits together are sweet times.

The Long Family {Portraits}

This is the beautiful Long family. I met Kim years ago through my sister Aubrey, and it was so great to see her again and meet her husband and children. Scott and I were blessed by the time and conversations we got to have with them while we were home in Ohio last month.

Jon & Jackie {Engagement}

A couple of weeks ago, in the middle of all our family wedding craziness, I got to do an engagement shoot for Jackie and Jon. I'll be flying out to Ohio to shoot their wedding in September. Jackie and her family have been long time friends of our family. They have loved on us and served us in so many ways over the years. We are definitely blessed to have them in our lives. So, it is with much joy that I get to be a part of their wedding this fall.

Jackie and Jon, it was great spending time with you both! You'll be in our prayers this next month as you plan and prepare.

Hannah and Garrett {Weddings}, part 1

My sister got married on Sunday. It was a beautiful day, a beautiful ceremony, and a SERIOUSLY beautiful bride. We are all so thankful for Garrett, this sincere, kind man, who loves God and loves my sister so much. It was a joy to celebrate with them.
